About the event
South Africa has a long and storied history of growing vines & making wine. With a stunning landscape, ancient soils, and the convergence of two major oceans, it can produce some of the most distinctive wines in the world. In this class, we will learn the location of its major wine regions and taste some of the wines that have put it on the map, and the ones that are breaking norms.
