About the event

Oregon is a diverse region, capable of producing many styles of wine. While Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley has been seemingly hogging the spotlight, this class will talk about other world wine regions that inspired some of Oregon's unique wine styles. Austria, Spain, Germany, and many parts of France have served as templates for some of Oregon's pioneers. In this class, we will compare old-world regions like Burgundy, to their Oregon versions & taste the similarities & differences.
