About the event
The climate of a place is the number one thing that determines what style of wine that ends up in your glass. Syrah in Australia is different than Syrah in the Northern Rhone Valley.Â
This class will focus on learning how each element of climate, soil, and human intervention affects the flavors that end up in the glass. Once we understand how the climate affects wine, then we will discuss how to communicate those elements effectively to guests.Â
