By learning and applying effective storytelling, you will be able to connect your guests to more than just the liquid in their glass, you will connect them to your brand. When guests connect with your brand, they buy more, stay longer, and become ambassadors for you to their friends, family, and coworkers.
During this class, we will learn the basics of effective storytelling and how to apply it to our daily interactions with guests. We will talk about the specific story points from our specific business and how to adapt them to meet each guest where they are and connect with them.
